Explore a complete set of World Bank indicators for in-depth analysis into Kenya's future climate scenarios and potential risks to the livestock sector due to changing climates.
For Kenya's livestock sector, it is worthwhile focusing on the time period 2020-2039 (current period) and 2040-2059 (due to many climate targets and pledge end dates falling within this time period) and for all the scenarios 'shared socio-economic pathways'.
You can select and explore data on key variables that are of interest for decision making in the livestock sector, eg. precipitation percentage change (see figure below), number of hot days > 40ºC, and average mean surface air temperature.
